We seek a full time Buyer's agent (that has a MN real estate license or presently enrolled in the course to get one) who can be successful in converting leads into customers and closings while delivering superior cutomer service! As our Buyer's Agent, you will receive buyer leads from our heavy technology based advertising on our website as well as our calls from our 800# call capture line. Last month alone our team generated over 250 buyer leads. Accountability for converting those leads is key to helping continued growth for our team.

We are producing an excess of buyer leads and need at least TWO more agents to help us covert these great, quality leads. Our business continues to grow year after year even in this challenging market. We focus on quality customer service, going above and beyond, and innovation resulting in a fantastic base of repeat customers and referrals.

We have a successful business model that delivers the best for our clients while providing excellent opportunities for our team members. We presently list regular resale, short sales and even have several bank clients listing foreclosures with us.
